Hello everyone, I'm here with my first inspirational project for our April challenge over at the Country View Challenges. The theme is The Spring Is Coming and my talented teamie, Corrie will be your hostess.
And here is my tutorial.
I took a rectangle panel and made the background with two Distress Oxide colours (Bundled Sage, Speckled Egg). Then I inked the edges with Walnut Stain ink and spattered the surface with white paint.
For the little flowers, I used Blueprint Sketch and Mowed Lawn markers.
What I used:
Sizzix Thinlits die, Colorize, Papercut Chicks by Tim Holtz (665854)
Sizzix Thinlits die, Carrot Bunny by Tim Holtz (665213)
Sizzix Thinlits die, Funky Florals 3 by Tim Holtz (662702)
Sizzix Thinlits die, Funky Foliage by Tim Holtz (663087)
Stampers Anonymous, Spring Shadows by Tim Holtz (CMS393)
Ranger Distress Oxide inks (Ripe Persimmon, Bundled Sage, Speckled Egg, Mustard Seed, Squeezed Lemonade)
Ranger Distress inks (Walnut Stain)
Ranger Distress markers (Mowed Lawn, Blueprint Sketch)
etc.
What a fun card! Those little bunnies with the carrot are so adorable and made me smile - perfect for spring 😀. Thanks for the inspiration and Happy April! Hugs Jo x
