Art Impressions Holiday Wishes

Yesterday I had to made six tags for six foster kids whom I made Christmas packages. For this project I chose the Art Impressions Holiday Wishes stamp set and I coloured the images with Copic Sketch markers.

It was quite a big job and I had to do it in a hurry because I have to deliver the packages on 30 November. Each child asked for different things. Some wanted jumper, perfume, markers set, colouring book, puzzle, make-up kit. But of course it's an unspoken rule to put more in the packs than the kids asked for.  I really enjoyed the gift shopping, the preparation, it felt a bit like having a big family.

Easter tag with Anthonie by Art Impressions

Hello crafty friends, I hope you are all okay and healthy. At least we have a great hobby so we don't mind if we have to stay at home.

Let me show you my latest project, a quick tag with Anthonie by Art Impressions.

I cut out an egg shape from 300gsm watercolour paper, then I stamped Anthonie with Ranger Shadow Grey Archival ink. I coloured the image with Ranger Distress and Zig Clean markers. With these markers, you can use the watercolour technique.

I adhered my egg-shaped tag to a bigger tag.

In the end, I glued three tiny sequins from the Tonic Studios Nuvo Pure Sheen Sequins, the Diamond bottle.

With my tag, I would like to join the Art Impressions Challenge: Spring Celebrations

Christmas card with Art Impressions stamps

This one will be a short blogpost because I haven't got too much time. But I didn't want to miss the latest challenge of the Art Impressions blog, Holiday cards so I had to show my card here.

For creating this Christmas scene, I used the Art Impressions Christmas Wonder stamp set. I stamped the images with brown hybrid ink on Neenah Solar White Paper. I used masking paper of course, and I coloured the images with Copic Sketch markers.

I hope you like it!!! Happy crafting!!!

With my card, I also want to join the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything goes.

Art Impressions Merriest stamp

When I saw this stamp at the Art Impressions blog, I knew at once that it was a must for me! But when I realised that this stamp was just available at the Michaels in the US, I was totally disappointed. Bummer, I live in Luxembourg!!! How I could manage it to buy one at the Michaels?!

But then, the fortune smiled on me and I found an eBay seller who sent this stamp set to me :-)

So here is my merriest card:

I coloured the ladies with Copic Sketch markers but for the background, I used Ranger Distress ink.

Now this time I coloured the images with Ranger Distress and Zig Clean markers. Here I cut out the images and adhered to a polka dot paper. I also stamped the "ho-ho-ho" from Tim Holtz Crazy Talk set.

Tag with Santa by Art Impressions

I'm sorry for being silent for a while. Actually, it didn't mean that I didn't work, I just had no time for blogging. But I'm back in the saddle :-) and hopefully, I can show up more often here.

Today I brought you a tag with a lovely Santa by Art Impressions.

Art Impressions: Holiday Wishes set (4516)

The images were coloured with Copic Sketch markers and I'm working on another tag with slight differences.

Art Impressions - Best Witches

I've never experienced such a thing before. None of my Canon cameras reflected the real purple colour of the witch costume. It turned out blue in my every picture. So I had to use my iPhone instead although I've never made good pictures with that before :-)

But I can't deny, my iPhone picture just shows the exact colours.

Earlier I created a nearly similar card.

But here the costume of the witch is purple, not black and here I used the action wobble too. And the spiderweb is silver, not black embossed.

For cutting out the text I used the booty die of this set.

You can find the stamp here.

With my card, I would like to join the Art Impressions challenge: Jiggle a little.

Art Impressions - Tina Set - Lady flying with a balloon

Although I fell in love with this stamp set because of the text (Of course I love you... who else would put up with me?) but this time I changed the text and I used the same text I printed yesterday for the crazy bird on a pickup card. But I think it's still funny :-)

With this card I would like to join the Monday Challenge of the Simon Says Stamp blog: Transport it
