Be humorous! - May challenge at Country View Challenges

Be humorous! - this is the theme of the May challenge of the Country View Challenges. And I'm so lucky that this time I will be your hostess!

I would like to get to know your humorous side. So please use funny and/or crazy images with funny and/or crazy texts! I also appreciate the puns! Please surprise us and make the CVC team laugh!

For making this card I chose a heavyweight (30o gsm) paper. With Tim's stencil and with a texture paste of big grains, I created a brick wall background.

When it was dry, I inked the edges with grey ink (Ranger Archival Watering Can) and I inked a little the bricks as well.

The bird was stamped on 300gsm watercolour paper and coloured with Ranger Distress markers (Squeezed Lemonade, Dried Marigold).

I also stamped the bird onto the walls because when I fussy cut the bird I cut off her fluffy downs.

The text was created by me with Phosphate fonts and I printed it out.

The stamp is from PaperArtsy Zinski Art Zinis ZN32.

Now it's your turn, so if you have a fun project, please don't hesitate to join our May challenge where you can win a £20 voucher!

With my card, I would like to join the:

- Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge: Time Out

- Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Anything Goes
