Vintage Hungarian Christmas cards #12

I'm sorry yesterday I didn't bring here another vintage Christmas card. But here I am again with the 12th one.

On this card two children meet a woodland gnome. What do you think he wants to say to the children with his raised forefinger? "Don't walk alone in the forest!" or "Stop, and give me that pine tree!" Any other idea?

The postcard was posted in 1934.

Hopefully, tomorrow I come again!

You can find my other cards under the label: 'old Christmas cards'.

  1. Oh so sweet... I think he's telling them off for stealing the tree!
