Black and white sympathy card with poppies

Hello everyone, here I am with a sympathy card which was made for the MFT Card Design Superstar challenge, in the CAS category.

Yes, I didn't colour anything on this beauty because I thought the stamping only was just enough for a sympathy card.

What I used:

MFT, Poppies background stamp

MFT, Essential Sentiments stamp set

Ranger, white embossing powder

MFT, Black Licorice hybrid ink cube

black cardstock

Neenah Solar White paper

foam adhesive tape

etc.

I hope you like it!!! Thank you for stopping by!!!

Black and white sympathy card

When I was thinking about a design for my second project of the Black and White challenge, a simple but elegant sympathy card came into my mind. So I took Tim's Vines and Roses stamp set, a white cardstock, an antistatic pouch, a stamping platform, a black ink pad and a black embossing powder and I heat embossed these beautiful roses on the card.

The text is from the My Favorite Things, More Essential Sentiments stamp set.

I placed my floral card onto a black card base and it was ready.

If you have a black and white (plus one colour) project, please don't hesitate to join our challenge over at Country View Challenges where you can win a £20 voucher!

Thank you for stopping by!!!

With my card, I would like to join the Craft Stamper Magazine February TIMI challenge: Anything goes

Sympathy card with Penny Black Divine stamp

Someone passed away in one of my friends' family so she asked me to make a sympathy card. For this I chose the Divine stamp of Penny Black Inc.

I stamped the image on a watercolour paper with Ranger Distress Ground Espresso ink and then I embossed with Ranger Clear embossing powder.

I coloured the flower with Zig Clean Deep Blue.

I added some silver sequins too.
