Wooohooo! Today I have received my Whimsy Girl what I had been looking for a long time. But last week after a clue (a blogpost over at A Vintage Journey) I had found it on ETSY.
So after receiving my stamp I ran up to my crafting room (to the attic) to make something lovely with this special stamp.
And I have left my crafting room with this tag:
The tag was cut out from heavy weight watercolour paper. I painted yellow with DecoArt Americana Pineapple paint (both sides). Then I stamped the flowers of the PaperArtsy Dreamer Set onto the tag with DecoArt Americana White Wash paint (both sides).
After drying I stamped the text from the same set with Ranger Archival ink (Jet Black) but I protected with clear embossing powder.
I put a layer of Ranger Distress Collage Medium (matte) onto the tag as a protection (both sides).
The Whimsy Girl was stamped with Ranger Distress ink pad (Hickory Smoke) then heat embossed with clear embossing powder.
I coloured the girl with Zig Clean and Ranger Distress markers with watercolour technique.
Then I smeared MicroGlaze onto the surface for protection.
She is so beautiful, isn't she?
I hope you like it! Happy crafting!
So sweet!
