Halloween paper box for kitchen

In all seasons I have altered a clementine box corresponding to the actual season. I keep them in the kitchen as a storage box to collect little objects in.

I had already made a Christmas box, a Spring box and now I have made a Halloween box. Although it's true in this case this Halloween box wasn't a clementine box originally, but a box of grapes.

It wasn't a difficult project.  I painted orange the outside and black the inside with acrylic paints.

Just to see the before-after state, I show you the original box:

I cut out different Halloween motives with the following Sizzix dies from black cardstock:

I glued them on and finished with a little varnish.

I show you the other sides too:

It was really fun to make it! It looks great in the kitchen and very useful! I hope you like it too! Happy crafting!

With this box I would like to join Brenda Brown's Halloween Give Away over at Bumblebees and Butterflies.
